Our collaboration on the project Taisty – Artificial Intelligence in the Kitchen has been featured on Canale74, a TV channel in Sicily, Italy.

This initiative, part of the Erasmus+ program, merges culinary tradition with cutting-edge AI technology. Together SCP – School of Certified Professionals and Principi Grimaldi Institute in Modica, we are exploring new possibilities in gastronomy.
